Speaker: Stephanie Gnau is a leadership coach, speaker, and founder of The Leadership Academy. She spent most of her career in pharmaceutical sales, leading teams of 8-12 people for over eight years. Along the way, she learned firsthand that real leadership isn’t about a title – it’s about confidence, clarity, and the ability to lead conversations that matter.

Today, Stephanie helps women leaders build accountable, high-performing teams without burning themselves out or questioning their worth. Her work focuses on team culture, leadership confidence, and practical growth through her signature Learn → Practice → Implement method.
