Founder of the Project Management Service Bureau in Arlington, VA, Tom brings decades of experience in construction planning, Lean Construction support, and training for project-oriented organizations. His notable projects include work on DC Metro stations, Federal highways, airport infrastructure, and post-9/11 Pentagon projects.
As an Associate Professorial Lecturer at George Washington University, Tom has honed his ability to make project management accessible and practical for professionals at all levels.
