ABC Panel Discussion – Behind the Build: Shaping the Future of Project Delivery

This Lunch and Learn will bring together industry experts who are leading and delivering some of Baltimore’s most complex construction scopes. Panelists from Turner Construction Company and key project partners will share how they approach project management, design, trade coordination, and technical problem-solving.

The discussion will explore practical strategies for navigating challenges, building effective teams, and maintaining project momentum. Attendees will hear perspectives on managing major specialty scopes, from enclosure systems to masonry and feature elements, along with insights on communication and collaboration within active project environments.

The program offers an inside look at how to shape successful project outcomes, blending technical expertise with approaches that strengthen teams across the construction lifecycle.

(Optional) Construction Site Tour Following Panel Lunch and Learn event

Attendees are invited to participate in an optional guided job site tour immediately following the event. Participants will walk from the event location to the nearby site.

Two tour times will be offered:

  • 2:00 PM
  • 2:30 PM

Each tour is limited to 15 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

PPE Requirements:
All site tour participants must provide and wear their own personal protective equipment (PPE) to join the tour. Required PPE includes a hard hat, safety glasses, a high-visibility vest, a shirt with sleeves at least 4 inches long, full-length pants, and sturdy, hard-soled boots.

Please note: Photography, video recording, and filming of any kind are strictly prohibited on site, including the use of cell phones or other recording devices. Compliance is required as a condition of participation.
