Through live instruction on Zoom, you’ll work through plumbing and gas codes, calculations, practice questions, and exam strategies—all from the convenience of your home or office.

📅 Dates: October 26, 28, November 2, 4, 9, 11 & 16

All sessions will be held online via Zoom. A Zoom link and course instructions will be provided to registered participants prior to the first class.

📚 What You’ll Learn

This course bridges your on-the-job experience with a practical understanding of the current plumbing and gas codes and the knowledge needed to prepare for the licensing exam.

Students will receive textbooks and course materials that align with current exam standards.

Need some extra help before test day?

Add an 8th session to your registration for a personalized 1-hour, one-on-one Zoom training session with the instructor.

This individual session is an opportunity to focus specifically on the areas where you need additional support, including:

• Review of challenging code questions
• Plumbing and gas calculations
• Practice exam questions
• Test-taking strategies
• Questions specific to your exam preparation

➕ Optional 8th Session: 1-hour private training — Additional Fee Applies

The 1-on-1 session must be scheduled separately with the instructor based on availability.

👨‍🏫 Meet Your Instructor: Ed Reger

Ed Reger brings 30 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry, with expertise spanning residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

He is a Maryland State Master Plumber/Gasfitter and holds a Maryland State Master Mechanical HVAC License. Ed currently works as a multi-trade building inspector in Florida, with experience in plumbing, gas, mechanical, electrical, and building inspections.

With 20 years of teaching experience, Ed has instructed students and industry professionals in plumbing, gas installation, and code requirements, bringing both extensive field experience and practical knowledge to the classroom.

• Maryland law requires individuals constructing, altering, replacing, or repairing plumbing to meet applicable licensing requirements.
• This course is designed to prepare students for the licensing examination but does not guarantee a passing score on the state or regulatory exam.
• Textbooks are included with registration.
• This is an online course conducted via Zoom. Participants will need a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing Zoom.
• The optional 1-hour one-on-one session is not included in the standard course registration fee and requires an additional payment.
