Pre-Construction – Procore, Managing your Estimating, Bidding, and Procurement within Procore

This is a 2-night class: March 12th – 13th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

During this course, participants will learn how to manage their preconstruction process using Procore. Everything from Take-off, Pricing, and Creating a proposal, to prequalifying subcontractors, getting bids, and selecting the best value trade partner, through writing a contract. Procore advances process consistency within Preconstruction and allows for more internal accountability to ensure the best value trade partners are selected.

Managing your Cost Catalog
Uploading Drawings and Documents
Quantity Take-Off
Building an Estimate
Creating a Bid

Day Two: Downstream – Bidding and Procuring Trade Partners:
Configuring Bid Settings
Managing Plan Room
Creating Bid Packages and Bid Forms
Soliciting Bidders
Tracking Bid Status and Communicating with Bidders
Comparing and Selecting Bids
Bonus: Converting Winning bids to commitments

Note that this course can be taken as an add-on to the Pre-Construction Academy or Independently. It is not designed to replace that academy, but rather to teach you how to use Procore to accomplish concepts taught in the Pre-Construction Academy. It is expected that all attendees have a basic knowledge of the preconstruction processes.
