OSHA mandates that employees be trained and that employers have a training program. Although OSHA 30-hour is voluntary, it is a critical Supervisors course! This class gives employees a better understanding of federal and state safety regulations and explores common hazards including the four leading causes of death in construction as well as how to build a safety culture from the ground up.
