Backyard (Barbie-themed) Bash

All Barbies AND Kens are invited join us for the party of the summer at Urban Axes!  The Backyard Bash will kick off the FIRST round of scholarship fundraising for the LOGIC 2025 Scholarship Season.  All the profits from this event are going to the Ladies Operating for Growth in Construction (LOGIC) scholarship fund.

Dress in your favorite PINK or Barbie themed character (there will be prizes).

Axe Throwing, Other Backyard Games, Food and Drink are all provided with your registration.

All proceeds go to ABC’s L.O.G.I.C. Scholarship Fund.

The ABC LOGIC scholarship has a long history of providing scholarship funds to young women who are pursuing a career in our industry.  At this event, we will unveil the newly renamed LOGIC scholarship as the “Martha Elliott LOGIC Scholarship”.  Before the current peer group for women was called L.O.G.I.C. (Ladies Operating for Growth in Construction), Martha Elliot with Lewis Contractors,  was part of founding the original group (Women of ABC). Martha was a pioneer for women in construction and the women in the LOGIC peer group would like to rename the scholarship after her, honoring her memory and many contributions.  Martha passed away last month unexpectantly.
