This Valentine’s Day, it’s all about the ladies! On February 22, at the woman owned Tegeler Construction & Supply, ABC Ladies invite you to our annual Galentine’s Networking Event. Delight in networking, food and drink and gain insights into the pivotal role of Women in the Industry. This event welcomes all women in the industry, so spread the word within your network!
All proceeds from the event will support the LOGIC scholarship fund. * LOGIC is a peer group within ABC Greater Baltimore whose mission is to represent and support women in the construction industry. The group promotes a positive image for women in the industry and increases awareness about career options. LOGIC awards annual scholarships to young women who are committed to pursuing a construction related field of study in post-high school education. We are raising the bar in 2024 and need your support!

About Our Speaker, Corinne Gavlinski
As founder of The Gav Group, Corinne is passionate about helping leaders and their teams move from disconnected and overextended to connected and intentional. She works alongside high performing leaders to increase self-awareness of how their behaviors and thinking impact team results. Using a 4-pillar framework: Awareness, Assessment, Action and Analysis, she helps teams increase connection, engagement, and productivity. As an influential communicator, Corinne has broad experience coaching and
facilitating teams for higher performance.
Corinne is a former Senior Vice President of Customer Success, holding executive positions in digital healthcare and finance for more than 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and is Board Certified as an Executive Coach and is a Certified Team Coach. She trained with the Center for Executive Coaching, an ACTP (Approved Coach Training Provider) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Corinne is a certified practitioner of the Genos Emotional Intelligence Inventory (Genos EI) and the ProfileXT® (PXT) Assessment. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
