OSHA is looking beyond compliance to leading indicators and safety as a core workplace value. Join us for a deep dive into the ABC Safety Performance Report. We’ll discuss the four foundational indicators and the five leading indicators that had the biggest impact on the construction industry last year.
Speakers:
Frank Trujillo is vice president of safety for Miller & Long Concrete Construction. He has worked as a construction industry safety professional for 18 years and has served as vice president of safety for Miller & Long Concrete Construction for the last 10 years, focusing on tackling difficult issues like silica exposures, falling object protection and crane safety. He serves on the ABC National Health and Safety Committee and is a member of ANSI A10.
Eric Vittardi is regional sales manager for SafetyHQ. In this role, he works with the team to develop new aspects of SafetyHQ, providing client demos and building solutions that keep construction professionals safe and businesses protected. Vittardi has a passion for helping clients find solutions to their construction problems.
Greg Sizemore is a key leader in the construction industry and the public sector on safety and workforce development. Prior to joining ABC, Sizemore worked at Zachry Industrial, where he played an integral role in the formation of Zachry’s competency-based safety, professional and craft workforce development programs. He serves on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health and the board of directors of NCCER and chairs the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
Joe Xavier is the senior director of health and safety for ABC National. Xavier has served in leadership, quality, health, safety and compliance roles since 1992. Most recently, Xavier was the CEO of Summit Sustainability Solutions, advising construction, manufacturing and hospitality clients in the mid-Atlantic region on safety and health risk control and prevention. His company was a member of ABC of Greater Baltimore and facilitated the chapter’s Safety Professional Peer Group.
