illness, injury, chronic disease, and associated medical costs.
About the speaker:
Karen Falkler, CEO of Falkler Wellness & Advisory is an executive coach, advisor, and keynote speaker. She specializes in building strong leaders.
With a background in corporate leadership support and development and physical therapy, Karen provides insight to literally create stronger, healthier leaders with the skills, habits, and mindset to proactively build stronger teams and organizations.
Her philosophy: Strong leaders live and show others how to do the same. Her deep understanding of strength and physical health, combined with her knowledge of leadership development, enables her to help leaders save money, reduce risk, enhance their executive presence and actual ability to show up, while providing a truly safe and objective space for executives to address and remove barriers to personal and professional success, enhance wellness, team dynamics, and skills.
In addition to her role at Falkler Wellness & Advisory, Karen serves as an Adjunct Professor for the graduate program at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she teaches management, leadership, and communication. She also shares her expertise as a speaker at various conferences and events.
Through her work, she strives to change narratives, break stigmas, and empower leaders to prioritize wellness, leading to enhanced confidence, performance, and overall success.
