Meet the Speaker

Stephanie Davi McNeely has been in and around the career technical education space for nearly 20 years, starting with the Sacramento Builders’ Exchange and the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Sacramento. Working with local industry leaders, ACE Sacramento became one of the fastest-growing affiliates in the country at that time. Davi McNeely worked as regional director, West for the ACE Mentor Program of America, before taking on her current role.

Meet the Moderator

Tia Perry serves as director of inclusion, diversity and equity at Associated Builders and Contractors and is a member of the executive management team. Perry is a results-driven leader with more than 16 years of association experience, the last seven years of which have been focused on advancing inclusion, diversity and equity efforts.
