Crew Leadership Training (4 night course)
December 1, 2020 @ 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
This course will meet for four nights, Dec. 1, 3, 8 & 10 from 4 to 5:30 pm. You may choose to take this course in-person at ABC’s CEA center on E. Biddle Street OR it may be taken virtually via ZOOM. Login information for virtual students will be distributed within 24 hours of the start of class. Virtual students: textbooks must be picked up from CEA Center prior to the start of the course.
While this course has been designed to assist the recently promoted crew leader, it is beneficial for anyone in management. The course covers basic leadership skills and explains different leadership styles, communication, delegating, and problem solving. Job-site safety and the crew leader’s role in safety are also discussed. This edition goes into detail on project planning, scheduling, and estimating with new performance tasks to assist the learning process.
